The customer service is excellent. Cleve is always ready and willing to help out with any questions we have. We are a small firm with 3 users and while there was a bit of a learning curve, we can already see that after the initial client setups, using AFP is going to save on time and paper. Exporting the gifi for seamless integration with our tax software is simple, as is changing the financial statements to our liking. Once you get used to it (which isn't hard), it's a great product at a great price!
