They did such a great job!! My personal banker, Chase Vaughn, was really amazing! You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes the necessary time to do what is right. Thank you, Bank of America! You need more employees like Chase!

Your hours are terrible, you don't answer the phones, long lines, and although I am a client....you won't notarize my coworker's document. Why do I bank with you with such terrible customer service? It would be nice if you actually responded to your customers in this forum...just makes you look like you care even less. Community America is my next stop.
