We had great results at Nebraska Furniture Mart today! Sales people were readily available and our salesman, Rory was quite efficient in helping us find exactly what we came for. And I don’t want to forget to complement the fellas who put our purchase on the top of our car. Every detail was thought of to assure that our purchase would make it home safely.
We purchased a kitchen table but we're renovating so we haven't opened the box yet to see the condition of the table. So this review is solely on customer service and our experience at the store. There were many styles to choose from with most price points being within our budget. Multiple different sales people would stop and ask if we needed anything. They were very polite however it became a distraction because it happened so many times. Once we decided which table we wanted the transaction was quick and easy. Our salesman reminded us about the flyer we got in the mail about our discount which saved us some money. The pickup process runs like a well-oiled machine and the gentleman who loaded our car did a nice job. Overall it was a good experience and we recommend it.
We had some specific questions and the young lady in the kitchen design store went above and beyond to assist us. She was quite helpful with our questions. We also found some fun home Decor that was much cheaper than any other location around town. Thanks for being our one stop shopping. We never leave empty-handed
