my friend and i went here and she got acrylic and she scratched her back and it came right off!!!! DONT COME HERE

I called in once I left in tears and told them about their service, and I asked for a refund. All they told me was the manager wasn't in, the manager would call me back. When they did call me back it was the same woman.
The nail tech recommended paraffin dip for my dry heels. She confirmed the upcharge was acceptable.
Each time I said I was posting reviews about this visit, they were finally able to come up with the fact the we were actually in their salon, able to talk to who did the services, who was EXTREMELY rude, etc.
I love this place! Very relaxing, everyone is friendly and professional. I've only been there twice so far and they already remember my name and the services I want. Definitely recommend this place.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I left in tears. They ruined my nail design and every time I asked them to fix it, they just said to put my nails under the light.
