This has been an awful experience. We have been with Allstate for over 10 years, and had been very happy with the customer service and handling of our accounts until we started working with this branch. Horrible communication from the beginning, less than honest answers and weeks before a callback on time sensitive matters. This office is in shambles. Look elsewhere for quality insurance and agents who demonstrate honesty and care.
