SLOW! Been here 45 mins so far still haven't received my tags and or talk to anyone. Im sure the people are nice but you shouldn't spent over 30mins with one person and counting . Tryed to do it online but they never have my insurance on file.
They should take care of people those who were waiting for long time than online ticket....
It was such a smooth process since they are computerized and I got everything done in under 10 minutes. The staff were super helpful and so nice, it made registering my car so easy. A pleasant experience all around.
Tried to pay for tags but they told that they arent doing those today? The reason was that they were too busy. What kind of dmv denies people service nust because they are busy? I never ever wait less than 3 hours. Worst county DMV I have ever been too.
They are horrible here. They skip number continuously and go back to people who missed their number. They are so unorganized. I have been sitting here for over an hour waiting for my number to be called. There was 6 staff and when it got pack it became 3 staff. The rest of the staff are lazy sitting on their asses and suck. July, lanesha are lazy. NEVER COME TO THIS TAG PLACE. I SUGGEST THE ONE ON 82ndAND STATE!!!! We paid the meter to just sit here and hear every other number except mine. It went from 2132 to 2087. Smh worst servise ever
