Would give no stars if I could.This place is ridiculous. I have been calling for two days to put in an order for food and they wont answer there phone. It just keeps ringing nonstop. THEY NEVER ANSWER! How unprofessional is that. Calling 2000 times in 10 minutes just so I can put an order in for when I go on break? Terrible service
Food is great. Since the “kitchen” is right in front of you, be prepared to hear the yelling of orders, the food being called out, the dishes being washed. It’s a more laidback place, not a fancy restaurant.
Great people, service is fast, good and they bring your order as you ask. Good team work
I have been here several times when the day shift was on. Perfect customer service and meal was perfect with a smile.

This particular Waffle house is the best I have been to and I have been going practically all my life. The food is good the service is great. We had Joann this morning and she does a wonderful job and is so sweet and friendly. We will definitely be back!!
Night shift cook was slamming everthing he touched and rushed through my order. Requested hash browns well done and most were barely steamed.
