Terrible service wouldn’t let me rent a tow dolly because the combination of a blazer towing a car shell won’t match with their system!! Then they laughed when I got mad
The team members seemed unprofessional. When I inquired about renting a truck at the front desk, I was told they didn't have a single truck I could rent, even though there were 25+ lined up right there in the parking lot... I've used them before and received very helpful & accommodating service, but walked away shaking my head this time.
I have rented trucks from this location twice recently, and both times there was confusion about my rental. The staff do not seem to understand the computer software well, so this may be an issue of training. If you rent from this location, ensure that you review your paperwork very carefully. I picked up a truck at 5:45pm and arranged to have it for 1 day, which the employee discussed with me. I signed, but missed that he had put the drop-off time for 5:45am the next day instead of 5:45pm. This led to a call at 7am the next morning telling me that my rental was late and someone was waiting on it.
Excellent customer service. They pulled box order I'd placed online and loaded it into my car. Even threw in a few extra boxes!
Very poor customer service! I had showed up a few minutes (8:56 AM) before they opened on Sunday, October 15th 2017 (9:00 AM). There was two people waiting at the front door and I was waiting at the propane area to get my propane filled. I was the third customer in line. The employee grabs the overnight keys for the drop off and comes to tell me that it would be about 15-20 minutes until he can help me because he has to "check in and record" the dropped off of the rentals which I was okay with and appreciate the heads up. I sat in the car for about 20-25 minutes waiting and even came out of the car to stand outside the propane area to make sure he remembered and saw that I was still there... While standing outside the lady that worked there walks past me and didn't even care to ask if I had been helped or needed anything. The first guy comes back and tell me that he will help me asap then turns on the propane re-fill, which he could've done way before then proceeded to go grab some more rental trucks for other customers. I literally watched him helped all the other customers that came in after me. By this time it was 9:38 AM already he had forgotten about me then the lady comes riding out with the segway rider to help me. By this time I was already upset at the fact that I showed up early so that I would be able to beat the crowd but unfortunately the staffing had no sense of urgency. I usually go here to re-fill my propane and this has topped off for the worst customer service experience. It took me almost an whole hour just to re-fill 1 propane. Staff needs more training on customer service experience or hire better ones!
