They were very helpful when I needed paint. They told me when to come back and get it on sale. That saved me several hundred dollars.
HOWEVER, fully agree with the immature, irate poster of all three posts last year (come on, you're the same guy-duh!), that the big guy at the counter (name starts with a "T") is very rude, and needs to adjust his attitude quite a bit.
120% agree that the heavy set guy is one of the rudest I have ever encountered in a home improvement store. Absolutely disappointing, I will never go back to this store.
Friendly service and knowledgeable staff plus the higher-quality paint make this a great value.
Terrible service. I know that the shop claims to target professional painters, but the DIYers can not have any questions. I have 2 large fences to stain and they just lost some serious business. The only one who is helpful anytime I have ever been here is the female and I am sorry I don't know her name. I'll be emailing corporate.
Great products, high prices, but you get what you pay for. Knowledgeable staff. Service typically pretty prompt, despite this being a very busy store.
Because of this guy, if it weren't so close, I would go to another SW store. I have probably bought $3,000-4,000 of paint at this store as a homeowner, not a painter. I expect better service, with less attitude. Change his attitude, and it's a 5 star rating.
