Awesome Groomer Heather! Did a wonderful full groom. Actually took the time to calm my dog before taking him in the back. Very rare.
Heather is a fantastic groomer. My Mildred (Black Lab/Saint Bernard mix) and I have been all over in our 6 years together trying find a compatible groomer and we've finally met our perfect match. Heather always has a terrific attitude and great energy. When I pick up Millie, I can tell she's happy and feels so good, not like, "Get me out of here!!". The best part is Heather treats Millie as an individual, gets to know her personally, listens to her month to month needs, and genuinely cares about her. It shows in Mill and she is a very happy pup, which makes me a very happy dog mom. I would recommend Heather to anyone and everyone. I promise you won't regret it.
They are so friendly and caring !! I have five dogs, four are rescue dogs and they understand how nervous two of them are. They let "Dinah and Albert" be together on the table when they are being groomed because they hate to be apart. This is at the Parkville location. Love them!!
After three unsatisfactory visits to the N.Oak location. Decided to try the Lewis St. location. Was very pleased with the level of customer service I received during my two visits. I'm looking forward to future visits there. Keep up the good work.
Heather did an amazing job with our Irish doodle!!! She was very nice and took special care of our 4 legged baby. She even gave him a little Mohawk per my silly request. I'm Glad she took all the time she did to speak with me before and after the grooming appointment, really built my trust in her. We will be going back again and again! Thank you Heather
