They arrived at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday (after being scheduled for a 9-1 window). Steven (#1218) was extremely knowledgeable, polite and took time to explain the problem, the solution, and how to prevent it in the future. He was extremely patient with me and my questions. So, overall I am extremely satisfied with the service of Steven. But, the whole process of being scheduled and waiting around for hours without getting updates was frustrating and why I gave it 3 stars. I completely understand that it is difficult to tell how long a job will take but ensuring that you aren't keeping people waiting around for 8 hours without keeping them updated is unprofessional and inconvenient.
Steven, 1218, very communicative and efficient. I called and he arrived within about 30 minutes of my service request. He investigated the situation and walked me through some options. The entire time Steven gave necessary advice in a caring way. He snaked an old tough kitchen sewer drain that looked as if it was filled with black tar. He did a great job and happy he was able to clear the drain. He talked with me about sewer line maintenance and using Roto-Rooter Pipe Shield to protect the brittle pipe line. I took his advice and have started regular use of Pipe Shield protection. Overall this event was a good experience.
Jim was the service tech that called on me. He was very professional and truly a had a great sense of humor which is unusual for professionals that call on homes these days. Jim was careful with the mess which was greatly appreciated. The best part of this is I called and had same day service. Jim was done quicker than I anticipated.The service call was several days ago and the problem has not returned. Jim also took the time to answer a question that was not related to the service call. For myself the value of what we paid was worth it. I would recommend Jim to anybody in the Liberty MO. area.
I was frustrated with the timeliness. I called at 1130 on a Monday and they gave me a window of 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The dispatcher called at 3:10 p.m. and said they were running a little behind and that they would still get there that day. I had to call at 4:58 p.m. to verify that they were still coming and they assured me that they would be there shortly. I finally called at 7:15 p.m. and had to schedule for the following morning because I have an infant and needed to not have people working on my drain at 8 o'clock at night.
Tom (760) and Ace (261) and Michael (236) and Shawn (431) all came to my house and I was very impressed with all 4 of these men who came to my house to help me with my plumbing problem. They were all very respectful. I felt valued as a customer and as a person. I was impressed that they respected my time and schedule. I was very pleased with how well they cleaned up and how they made me feel at ease after a scary experience. I feel like they went above and beyond to help me out with my issues. I also shared issues that had been going on in my household with losing my dog a couple of days before and all of these men listened to my problems and sympathized with me and that really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to these 4 gentlemen.
Had a great experience. The tech Dave #0393 was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I also thought he did a very thorough job, and even though it was after 8 pm he made sure everything was cleaned up properly and ready to go. Will definitely be using them again.
