I can't recommend this place enough.
As long as you're not offended by a language barrier and you got a little bit of time to wait for your food. the food is consistent fresh every time
I'm originally from Texas so I miss quality Mexican food. I'm sorry, but the Midwest has horrible Mexican options. This place however is the real deal. I like it more than most of my favorite places back home. The food is outstanding, the prices are super affordable. You might have trouble paying with a credit card because they have a $5.00 minimum purchase for card payments. That you can get food this good at that low a price is incredible.
Their Mexican bakery goods are better than other local stores. Their meats are butcher cut to your liking. If its not in the case or shelves, no hesitation- they special order for their customers. Delicious snacks, their carnitas are off the chain, and the chicharon is sinfully superb. Dont start your diet till after you've shopped there.
This place, is totally legit!
It's a nice place. It was a shame no one spoke English and the lady just shook her head and shrugged her shoulders and didn't care. So I left and left my stuff at the register won't go back..
Parking can be hard to find, if you go during peak hours, expect a long wait as they only have a couple of waiters. If you don't speak Spanish, you might have some trouble. The waiters do speak English, and they have English menus, but this place is definitely geared toward Spanish speakers.
Love it except for the long wait!! But the restaurant has amazin food. Call ahead for your order so much as a long wait
