If I could give it NO stars I would. Terrible service I cleaned our own table off!! Rude bar tender. We left before getting served.
Tiny selection, we all ordered 3 different things and we're all disappointed. $10 for draft is insulting in a booring location, 3 TVs all showing the same thing
This little unassuming place had a surprisingly good brisket sandwich, and I ended up feeling better on the way out than on the way in..... good double shot tequila prices.....a most viable option on the inside of security here at Kansas City international airport.
Every single table was dirty when I arrived. One server for the whole place other than a bartender. The food server was openly bussing tables and going straight from handling dirty dishes to handling food orders and sticking unwrapped straws in drinks without washing her contaminated hands or even wiping them off. This place is tremendously understaffed tonight and the service suffered greatly.
25 minutes into our wait I asked if we could get served. The waitress yelled at me and said they were understaffed and we would have to wait. After 50 minutes of not being waited on I spoke with the manager and we still had to wait 20 more minutes for our order to be taken.
