Nice and convenient, good book selections ...cashiers could be a little less pushy... I get it you have to ask if we want the cards or other offers.... but do we really need to push having a bag on some who has expressed that they don't need one ? for reason like having only two small items or moral reasons like environmental health? Lol just chill cashiers...it's not good customer service if you don't listen to the customer!
Has a lot of really neat products. However when we checked out, we were offered free magazines. We were not informed until after we signed up that they stored my debit card information and would automatically charge me for a subscription after a trial. I had to call and manually cancel each magazine individually through an automated system. Then I had to talk to a representative to delete my information from their system. Just seemed like a bait and switch to me
Quite a large bookstore. You could spend a lot of the day here if you love books and not shopping.
When I got to the register I was informed that the item I was purchasing was more then listed. I understand that prices can change, however if the label and the stores system don't correlate then the lower of the two prices should be honored. Anything else is ether poor customer service or bad store policy.
As a kid I use to come here a lot as a kid. And I love the vibe. As I got older I bought less books for some odd reason. But when I come in & read it's just really nice. At least when there isn't a toon of people here.. I do wish the store would put more seats out for customers though..But none the less, great store. I'd recommend it
