Uniquely chaotic atmosphere crowded with a diverse selection of books. The books seem to be very loosely arranged in any kind of order. This is a good place if you're looking for antique books or anything else you can't ordinarily find in a conventional bookstore. They buy, sell, AND trade books. There's even a slot where books are free for anyone to take on the way out. The flooring is uneven, watch your step. Decent seating accommodations for just light reading and hanging out. The flooring and stairs seem a bit unsteady. Staff are quite friendly. There's a minibar/cafe upstairs that seems to be inactive. One bathroom...Dish soap for hand washing O_o
Super place to hang out and absorb the essence of "small bookstore". Superb selection of fantasy & sci-fi downstairs. Plan on taking time to find what you want, though...

This place feels like you're walking in to an old time book store you'd see in the movies. There are multiple levels and tons of old books to browse through and comfy chairs to kick back in and read a good book.
If old records are your thing, this place has them too! Tons of jazz, rock, classic rock, etc available for purchase and at great prices!
Great bookstore with walls and walls lined with books for your viewing pleasure! The third floor has a nice spot to sit around and peruse a book or two. Don't forget to head downstairs and get lost in books.
One of the few great places remaining for us tactile hands on our favorite authors. Also they frequently support great local artists. Music. Poetry. Wonderful people
