I would give it a 2 star because it is way too expensive for the work that they really do. My rims stayed dirty after they were done and it doesn't really needed that much to begin with. You're better just paying 5 dollars at the Sam's car wash, no joke.
So after standing in the lobby for 5 minutes have up and walked out. Ran into vendor loading snack machine that went in garage to let them know I was trying to talk to someone. Waited some more.
I'll find another place to get my car washed.
I hadn't had my truck detailed since I bought it in 2011. Of course I wiped and vacuumed it out. Anyway I had Kwik Kar detail it, and It looked brand new. Most excellent work inside and out. I'll be back after deer season. GREAT JOB!!!!!!
Walked out and drove to wash line and asked for interior cleaning. I was told they were too busy.
Great service from the staff. Always helpful. They did an amazing job detailing one of my cars, looked better than when I purchased it.
I would love to experience the great full service, detail car wash at Kwik Kar Wash. However, i have never been able to take advantage of the detailing option. I have used the drive through option a number of times and am always very satisfied with that. But, no one is ever on site to do detailing when i go . I have tried weekends and days, throughout the last 6 months, but never staff there to do it. Have been told come before 3 or come in the mornings, but still hasnt been staff upon arrival. So i pay the drive through service only, but am frustrated. Called first today and was told i need an appointment and there are not regular hours to get detailing with no one there now. Its 2p on a Thursday. So, i guess ill try to find a spot to go that is less difficult to get service. Sorry. Would have loved to try u out.
