They would not let me use my coupon. With out a coupon it was cheaper to buy any place else. I went across the parking lot to, Sam's Club, to buy my new sheet sets.
The manager of the women's department was questioning an item that was on sale, but rang up wrong. She made the comment " give it to her for that price and I'll go back and check the cameras to see who switched the tag " I was so appalled I didn't even buy the item . I will never return to this store.
This Kohl's is the friendliest, great customer service, well merchandised and clean store in the Kansas City area. I try to exclusively shop at the Legend Kohl's location! Love it! No, I do not work at this store.
