I used to shop here quite often, then I started shopping at Target more. I found online an item I wanted to buy, and it said they had it in store abaialable for same day pick up, so i decided to just go get it myself. Well, as usual, they didn't have the item on the shelf, so I went to customer service to ask how to get it or if I needed to order it online. The older woman was rude, and quickly just said they just didn't have any in stock, at this point, she still had no idea what I was even talking about, once I explained, she still tried saying they had none, and didn't care about the logic that they should have some in stock if I could still get same day pickup at 2PM if I ordered it online. I ended up walking away and went to the back to ask them since that's where online pickup is at, I pushed the screen on card machine to say I needed help, and after standing there for about 5 minutes, with several employees walking by and one offering to help, I just left. I'd rather spend a bit more at Target and get actual customer service.
I am sure over the trips I spent well over $200.
The check out girl was very nice and friendly. I had a worker in produce say hello and did we find everything OK and asked if she could help us find anything. The worse thing is lately is that the shelves always seem to be sooooo empty. What is up with that????
Its not this Walmarts fault, but I hate the online "pick up" system. Dumb waiting room chairs right next to Subway. People coming in and out the front of the store. My name broadcast on a monitor. No human feedback. Sux Much! Otherwise, a great store.

I'm from St. Louis and just do not shop at Walmart. Totally different environment here, store is very clean,
I ended up going there 3 times in the week I was in the area- I haven't been to St. Louis walmart 3 times in 3 years.
Deli ladies were so nice and do a great job.
Cashier Jacob working shift on 11/29/17 at 8:30 pm told us our Christmas theme was stupid. I quickly informed him our 3 year old daughter picked it and we liked it. Other rude comments were made throughout the transaction that was very upsetting.
