Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. A friend tried to contact them dozens of times during their Tues-Wed-Thur limited business hours, left many voice mails, mailed them letters, offered to visit the branch and tried to get a hold of the right people to take care of and pay for a traffic violation--NO ONE was available EVER and the person that was there was clueless as far as handling the order of business. Even I tried to call on my friend's behalf and got absolutely no where.
