Terrible place! My husband had open heart surgery and they had him on so much medication that he was incoherent for three days! After numerous complaining, they finally changed and on the 4th day he almost seemed back to normal. Was told he will be discharged the next day and when I came to the hospital in the morning - he was so drugged he could barely hold his head up. I'm SO pissed. Can't get an answer from ANYONE! Have waited over an hour for the nurse to make his way to our room. I will NEVER return to this hospital and would suggest NO ONE come here if there is another option!!!
HORRIABLE PATIENT SERVICE.
If I could give the child Jackie that I spoken to on the phone a zero I would. She had the worst phone manners and customer unservice. The b***h actually yelled at me over the phone. I went online to get a free insurance check. A woman named Michelle called me back to say that it was covered/that they took the insurance obviously or she would have said that they do not. I called back to make a consultation appointment to go over the requirements for it to pass through my insurance and apparently the uneducated trash on the phone said that it is not covered. I hate that instead of letting the patients talk with someone with more education on the matter (like the person actually working in that department) these petty front desk workers try to answer questions that they clearly have no clue about. This hospital needs to step their game up as far as the employees. That’s how the hospitals get shutdown, not because of the doctors, but the morale they keep. Clean hospital for the most part. But I will NEVER spend my insurance money in this place again. If you keep trashy staff who knows what else they have in there?!
I had a great experience in the ER. Short wait time, friendly and efficient nursing staff, and a doctor with a good bedside manner. Everything was clean and orderly, and the warm blankets were perfect.
I went to get blood work done here. The nurses that were in were very helpful and caring. I tend to work myself up over anxiety, and she was quick to help and calm me down. Friendly staff and no wait time
I was treated in the ER for a broken, infected tooth. The DR in the ER was great. HOWEVER, I have spent the past 2 months trying to get a universal billing form for my insurance. I have got the worst run around ever. I first filled out their form online. That went nowhere. I called only to be told I need to speak to someone else. I have called that number 14 times and No one answers. I will go in person. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TRIP THERE. I WILL DIE BEFORE I GO THROUGH ALL THIS AGAIN
