People are wonderful and the rooms are nice and clean. Also there are 4 restraints right next to the hotel. Will stay here again!!! Also it right by the hospital !
Exceeded my expectations on every level! Newer, exceptionally clean hotel throughout. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and quiet. I was expecting the 'traditional' continental breakfast hotels offer, but theirs is a full hot breakfast with everything from biscuits and gravy to small omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and delightfully sinful cinnamon rolls. Staff was very professional and friendly and all seemed to take pride in the appearance of the property. The location of this particular property is conveniently situated within 5 to 10 minutes of both the Westport area and the Power and Light District. 5 star experience all the way around.
So comfortable. Beds were wonderful, place was clean and couldn't hear noise from hall or other rooms. Room equipped with microwave and refrigerator, thermostat easy to control, bathroom spacious and plenty of clean towels. Great variety on breakfast bar! Didn't check out the pool but did see it was clean and appeared in good repair.
Rooms clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Room had weird smell at first- kind of like a urinal cake. We brewed a couple cups of coffee and determined the smell emanated from the bathroom. The showers. Why doesn't anyone talk about those ridiculous showers? It's a weird layout. There's no curtain. Nothing to hang onto so you don't slip. Its like a concrete tomb - dark, narrow. You can't even bend over. We asked if all the rooms were like that. Yes, except for the handicapped rooms. I'm probably not going to stay there again. If you're visiting KU Med for an appointment, you still have to go park in the parking garage. No, those showers ruined it for us.
Feels like home,the staff where amazing from every department . Made my stay a nice and comfortable stay. Would stay there again ,not to many hotels make you feel like you are at home. Front desk ,to the hard working maids.. and did not have any maintenance issues but every thing was perfect .
