The hotel and staff are fantastic. The Legends Outlet security that the property are on are unhelpful, disrespectful, and unreasonable people that I do not care for. My non-violent interaction with them will deter me from further business in this area.
The staff was friendly and professional. The room clean and well stocked. Over all we had an amazing experience.
Very nice place to stay and super close to the Outlets. We have stayed at this place twice now and are very pleased! It is always nice to have a place to sleep that is super tidy. What makes this good for me is that when the wife is shopping I can easily make my way back the room with all her bags and take a break in the AC and maybe even catch a nap! The staff are great and the amenities are well worth the money. Breakfast is a bit of a pain though. It gets very hectic down there with the kids running around and spilling stuff and leaving it for others to clean up. I also think they could benefit by adding either a staff member to waffle makers or get like three more machines because this a major backup point in the breakfast workflow. The kids also make this a very situation. One them even took the waffles I was making for one of my family members waiting at the table. Whoops! Oh well. You will pay a bit more than other places but holy cow it is worth it!
Nice and clean. Kids liked the indoor pool and basketball court. Good breakfast and nice location if your going to the mall!
Our stay at Residence Inn at The Legends was terrific. The hotel is located within walking distance of the shops at Legends which allowed my wife and I to enjoy some late shopping followed by supper at one of the restaurants without having to worry about parking. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The decor of the hotel is modern and quite attractive. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We have stayed at many Marriott properties and this was one of our best experiences.
