Lowes Home Improvement in Kansas City, Ks at 6920 State ave. I started shopping here when the store was brand new and it was a very good store. Had a few kinks to work out but that's expected. But several years later, now I think this is the worst store in the greater kansas city area. Most of the original staffing has gone one by one that actually knew there department and could actually help you. Now the store is under staffed with knowledgeable people and many items were out or very low and didn't have enough to complete my project. I would not recommend going there in the evenings or weekend
Once again no one around to help and when you do find someone the have a bad attitude. So I looked it up through the website app and it was the wrong location but it hot me closer then the staff did. This is why I go to Home Depot plus the piece is better at Home Depot.
To be perfectly honest it sucks you never have more than one cashier but yet you have 50 customers waiting I avoid going to that store as much as possible
I waited in the department for a half hour after asking for assistance at the service desk and asking an associate on the floor to find a specific person. After the person finally came he was very nice. This was the second time that I waited in a department and no one came when they were supposed to. The last time I waited for 45 minutes. I finally left after asking 4 times for somebody. Today the woman at the service desk was very nice.
Worst customer service ever. Went to exchange propane tanks and lady ensured me someone would be out to help me. I waited 20 mins and no one showed up. I went back inside and there's 3 people just standing around. Like really? Told a different customer service lady I was still waiting and she apologized. The one that helped me just stood there. Honestly, I don't want an apology. Just do your job. I'll start going somewhere else from now on.
