Westlake Ace has been my go to since I moved here and started renovation on my home they've walked me through switching to lex plumbing installation of a toilet they know their stuff!
Prices are high, they don't price match,One or two employeesfor the whole store, everything is locked up.
Had faster service at a post office.
If I could give a negative I would! I was there for over an hour. They Would not return an item I had purchased. I had waited for them to "look up" my purchase when I had the credit card I had paid with right there for them. They were able to look up the receipt with the credit card and acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about or how to do it. I had been there a couple months prior and a cashier had done it at that same store! They did not return my item.!!!! I went to the leavenworth store and in a matter of seconds they had my whole receipt pulled up and did so with out attitude! I drove and wasted an afternoon for them to play games because they didn't want to return an item that was never even out of the case!
Great local hardware store. Competitive price and much more personal service then larger warehouse stores. Huge plant selection in spring!
