The enchiladas were terrible. Made with corn tortillas. Glorified tacos. The rice and beans did not taste good. The rib dinner only came with fries. It wasn't very much food for the price. The table was uncomfortable with the sun shining in our face. I was not happy at all, It almost ruined my sons birthday.
The food was fine. Service not so fine. It took a long time for our food to arrive after ordering. The place had seven tables occupied and three of them arrived after we did. The server did tell us she was new. She told us to pay by the Ziosk and it wouldn't work. Then she took a while to get back to us to pay. I like Chili's food, but this is the second time I've not been pleased with service when they appear to be empty.
Great waitress but food, not so good.
Wife and I got a 10oz sirloin steak..med/well and it was excellently cooked. Our waiter..SAM..nice young lady was helpful and attentive to our needs while dining. We never had to hunt for her. The restaurant was very clean...music was great and atmosphere was nice. Definitely going back again.
I remembered why we don't eat at this particular Chili's after we sat down and waited for 5 minutes before we we're even acknowledged. The service was slow, even with only 4 other tables. Drinks took 5 minutes to get to our table. We all ordered off of the lunch special menu and not only did it take 25 minutes for chili, a salad and lunch fajitas the chicken in the fajita was still quite cold. Unfortunate luncheon, we won't be back.
