Every time we go its fast and deliscious. So glad they got one at the legends! 24 hours a day is much needed in sleepy Kansas.
I have given this location several tries due to convenience but it is always super slow. I once waited in the drive through line for 90 minutes with like 10 cars. If I go there, I know I am going to wait at least 30 minutes. This has gone on for years but it is the only Jack store I am ever around. Two stars for still having the food right.
Food was very hot and we received fast friendly service. Our burgers were quiet dry, hardly no condiments. Quite annoying but overall good.
I went through the drive through. The line was slow but the food is pretty good. If you are not a patient person I would not suggest you go here.
Food was good. Customer Service was not. I will return because the food, but it will be awhile, before I return to this location. Slow and apologetic about it. Very rude associates to customers waiting in the drive thru line for more than 6 minutes. If you're understaff fine. If you're new employees fine. But, neither of these happen and you're rude to me. All I am trying to do is pay for my food and get it and go after waiting 6 minutes with only one car in front of me. Even a simple "sorry for the wait" could have gone a long way. Or how about "a have a good night" would of even been better. Instead I was greeted with an employee laughing at something their manager said and them telling me the amount again and saying nothing to me at all beyond that. Not even when they handed me my food. Treated me as if I was invisible.
