The best lasagna I've ever had. Order at the counter and they bring to you. Gave high rating because of food. Ordering at the counter was unexpected for the quality of this food.

I tell everyone I talk to (I'm a hairdresser for sport clips so we may need to start talking commission here - ha ha ) to go try out cupinis!!! Such good food, great people working the counter, fresh ready to go things that you can take home to cook for yourself, but hanging out there for your meal makes for a great atmosphere. Their desserts are probably the best I've had in Kansas City. Mm.
Amazing, cute, Italian. Perfect for lunch and everything on their menu is delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is you have to walk past all the wonderful desserts on the way to the ordering counter!
I went there with my parents, it was our first time there. We loved the service from the last at the counter. She was super friendly! When we received our food, it was AMAZING!!! We ended up skating everything, because we loved it all! The cheesecake for dessert was incredible. Loved the cozy feel, and the homestyle food.
The food is excellent especially the pizza. The white chocolate mousse and red velvet cake are phenomenal. I was expecting a nice sit down place with service but you order your food at the counter, get your drinks, and sit and wait for it to be brought to you. It was a pretty packed Saturday evening but we got our food pretty quickly. Overall the process was confusing (at least 5 people including us went in the wrong door) and a little fast-food-like but the good is worth it.
