I came in here to browse a little with my wife. We didn't see much to pique or interest,but they had some good deals.
The store was a little unorganized which made it difficult to find certain items and sizes. The store associates were very helpful but seemed more focus on their individual task than engaging in conversations with customers.
One of the workers here named Jennifer is very rude and prejudice. She was also very pushy and I'll-manners to her co-workers . I believe she is the store manager. I cannot believe this behavior from a manager . Very upset never had this attitude from a manager.
I love Express and have shopped at all of the Express' in the area. I always buy a lot, mostly work clothes. This store, however, was very unorganized and there were not enough associates working. I had to wait over 20 minutes to finally be helped by someone because they were all on the register. The associate who helped me was very kind and helpful. The store manager was rude to her employees and talked to them like they're idiots. I could not believe what was happening! Out of all the stores I had been in all day, that was the first one I had seen a manager talk down to her employess. Having worked in retail myself, I disliked that very much and walked out without buying anything.
