Won't be back.
Once I got there, there was only one gentleman working on a busy day, there was terrible service, the worker gave an attitude and kept ignoring my questions. I drove there to purchase a shoe that I was told was in stock. It was such a waste of my time!! Terrible service.
I live about an hour away from the Legends Finish Line, so I called ahead to make sure they had the correct size for the shoe I was wanting to get. I called and the lady I had spoken to said that there were plenty in stock in the size I needed. I asked if they could put it on hold for an hour or two so I could drive there and purchase it. She said they couldn't do that, so I rushed there and turns out that she looked at the INCORRECT SHOE. The shoes I was purchasing was sold out in every size!
Walked into the store, looked at some shoes, needed some help with finding a size if possible since I am a size 14. Employee told me "...Naw, we ain't got nothin' like that". I said ok and left. Went over to Nike store and they didn't have any 14's in stock either but offered to order anything I needed.
The most trash bag, garbage, smelly landfill junkyard hepatitis c customer service I have ever received in my life. I was an inch away from losing my cool in the store. I will not shop at this store again. Judging by this store's reviews, they need to change something. I drove 45 minutes in attempt to return shoes that I ordered online. The man working said he could not return them because they had been worn. I tried them on for about 45 seconds in my bedroom before determining the shoes were too small. When I asked if he could show me specifically what he was referring to (because the shoes were brand new, unworn, and virtually spotless), be laughed in my face. I called customer service, and they were no help.
Horrible customer service!!! No one wants to help!, everyone just standing around! The employee Jason is the worst of all, he is not moving at all standing at one place, giving customer cards of his stupid youtube channel! NO ONE CARES about his youtube channel!!! he is a terrible employee overall doesn't know how to help the customers. The employees look lost and I would definitely not shop there again!!!
Ended up spending more at Nike store but customer service goes a long way so I didn't mind. "We got nothin' like that" cost Finish Line almost $850 in shoe sales that day.
Terrible. Called to ask about a shoe and the employee wanted to get smart like as if I work there and know the shoes. As a former finishline employee, they are making the company look bad as a whole with awful customer service on the phone and in the store. Takes forever to get a size, no greeting when entering the store. If you want to go to a finishline, go to OAK PARK for GREAT service. Legends is terrible. I'd rather go to the NIKE OUTLET or online if that's the case.
