I spent roughly 20 minutes wandering around trying to make sense of the way the shoes are displayed. The boxes of shoes just looked like a jumbled mess to me and the clearance section made absolutely no sense.

You are being cheated. BOGO Their computers are screwed up. Check your receipt! If you buy 3 or more pairs the 50% is taken off the cheapest pair. You need to have them override the discount or ring up 2 pairs on each sale, with 2 pairs closest in price or you will get cheated out of $10- $30.
I was not greeted when I entered the store or asked for help while I wandered around obviously needing help. To put the cherry on top, no one said anything to me when I walked out either. This was so surprising because out of all the shops I'd been to today, this one had the MOST number of employees on the floor, none of them were able to acknowledge me though. Major thumbs down.
Very unprofessional there. Asked for assistance for seeing if there was anymore shoes in stock. But the employee didn't check to see nor wanted to help.
Even though it's not the sales persons' fault, they know it's happening and don't offer to fix it at the time of purchase. I had to make a special trip back there.
Very rude manager. I went in to return a pair of 2 week old tennis shoes that were literally falling apart - DEFECTIVE! The manager wouldn't honor their own story policy that is posted on the wall AND online until I got angry about it. Even then, she accused me of lying to get a new pair of shoes at half price. I just wanted to exchange for the same shoe and got treated like dirt. Never shopping here again. AVOID!
