If we weren't moving, we would go back to Jerry & Beth to buy all our jewelery at the Legends store in KS. I could not be more happy about my experience!
Customer service is KEY! I had a client that purchased a bracelet from another store that was too small on his wedding day. And Tom, the store manager took an extended amount of time to help educate me so I could help my client. Tom didn't have to help but he did! Today he gained a customer in me and my client. Thank you Tom!!!
Lindsey, my sales associate, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the product(s); she even suggested the best way to wear/test ring swelling. I would recommend this jewelry store for a low pressure sales environment and great costumer service experience.
Both Jerry and Beth were welcoming, personable, and so accommodating! They bent over backwards and went above and beyond the average sales person throughout the selection and purchase process. They got to know us personally and were genuinely excited about the ring. They really cared and worked hard to make the purchase so personalized, smooth, and accommodating!
The staff here is great! I bought a nice set of earrings and had to bring them back when one of the posts broke in half. The manager was very nice and replaced them with no fuss.
Jerry and Beth are the most AMAZING associates I have ever met. They truly deserve recognition for excellence in service! We went to a lot of different stores (including 2 other Helzberg's) searching for an engagement ring, and Jerry and Beth were BY FAR the best. Jerry really listened to my tastes and paid attention. Within 3 rings, he selected the one we ended up buying! I absolutely LOVE IT! Although I just met Beth, it felt like she was one of my best girlfriends who was so excited about my diamond choice!
