I went to look at a diamond necklace and bracelet that I really liked but decided not to buy it because it was over my budget. Kathy, a sales lady, called me and told me she could make the deal happen within my budget if I came back in. We agreed on a price over the phone, so I took off work early to go back to the store. When I got there she gave me the run around and told me she forgot the special was over but she can make it work. So she was crunching numbers and I stood around for 2 hours to have her tell me she couldn't get it to the price we agreed on. The issue was that I saw on the computer, because I was standing behind her, she got it a $22 under our agreed price. She was trying to tell me she couldn't get it there and tried to crunch numbers to earn that extra $22. At that point I've been there for 2 hrs and was lied to. She lost the sell and a customer for life. I will never go back.

Pretty good pricing, sometimes I think the rules on trade-ins and such are made up on the fly. Not super busy and employees are nice.
