I find myself in here every so often getting my wife's jewelry repaired. Overpriced jewelry and the people that work there generally are borderline rude and unhelpful. Plus the store is never opened on time.
And this is why I choose to buy from HELZBERG instead of Zales.
Customer Service: HORRIBLE.
Everytime I walk into this store, I get treated very rudely.
Yesterday I went to pick up a ring that needed to be repaired and I had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped. The one sales clerk I had spoken with earlier on the phone (about the repair), had been rude. Then, in person, she continued to be rude and insensitive. Given this most recent experience, I will not be purchasing anything else from this store.
I had a horrible experience at this store. I had to get my ring repaired and received awful customer from the store manager. He was very rude to me and I didn't feel like he valued me as a customer. I did receive great customer service from Molly and another gentleman at another time. They were both very helpful and understanding. However I was treated so poorly by the manager that I will not return to this store. If you have an issue I would suggest calling Zales customer service. They were much more helpful.
Molly was amazing. Every time I go in I have a great experience. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I’m super picky with jewelry and they handle me with grace and always help me find something that I love.
