Staff need to be better trained. When I asked questions they would give me a look like it was my fault for not knowing. As it was my first time, I didn't know what to do and wasn't told things that would've been helpful, such as points accumulate on the card. There were no signs to tell you how to do zip line tickets or laser tag times. Again, I'm the idiot for not knowing. The place was not crowded and staff looked bored, but couldn't be bothered to help. Better customer service is highly needed. After all those frustrations, the games were ridiculously expensive for what they were - one push of a button, to immediately lose, for $1.50. Incredibly annoying. Then, to redeem points, you get very little for your money, plus you are not able to add cash to buy something a little out of your points. And treated like you're an idiot for not knowing. The only nice thing I can say is that it looks pretty. Unfortunately, I get migraines easily, and all the lights caused a migraine.
This is a great place to take the kids for fun. It's a little pricey, but they have options such as $7 per person unlimited play for activities like bowling. I found this worth it because we bowled first then played in the arcade, and came back and bowled another couple of games. The games in the arcade area range from $1-$5. The food price is pretty reasonable as well. The service here is on point. One of the managers named Chris noticed my girls were struggling with bowling and asked if he could get them a bowling ramp. He also helped us by taking or food order when we were ready to eat.
Super expensive and terrible seating for bowling. The staff was creepy and stared at us the whole time. Would not recommend to anyone.
I loved coming here! I have been to power play and Dave and busters and had fun but in really liked this place. It was super clean and chic Looking. The bar area is nice and the full bowling alley was a place. Drinks are kinda pricey and the games are as well but that's expected and at least here They tell you exactly how much each game is in dollars instead of Units. I recommend going here with friends or with the family. But probably best kids be over 5.
It's a neat place, but incredibly overpriced. I was going to go bowling, but realized it was going to cost close to $50 for 3 people to bowl. Instead, we decided to play some games and purchased a gaming card. We then realized each game costs at least $1 to play (Skee-ball being the cheapest). So, be prepared to drop a decent amount of money for an hour's worth of entertainment, especially if you're bringing small kids with.
