My only comment to the dealership would be to free up some space for customers to park, as maneuvering through the lot was a bit difficult. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend you check them out.
Not a car lot you can trust. No warranty and service doesn't deserve even 1 star
I am currently financing my car from there and I love bikes boats and bimmers but I fee like they could help me a lil more I love my car but there was a leak in my oil pan and my light has been missing since I bought it! Over all this is a great car lot to buy a car from .. you just have to do your research when buying your car!!! After all it is a USED car dealership! That's what people fail to realize the cars are NOT freshly brand new off the lot! They try. When I got my car the owner filled my gas tank up and also put some oil in my car with NO pay! I don't have an issue with paying my car note and if I do JESSICA will work with me! I give them 4 stars because they try!
Two days after the purchase I had to replace the car battery. It was the wrong size for the car, it was too small. Then the engine blew out in a week. Blown head gaskets. I purchased all the parts to fix the car and they still wouldn't fix the car. I spent an additional 1200 getting a new engine put in the car through my mechanic. Mike tried to swap me out with a car that had over 300,000 miles on it and called it a fair trade. Don't go there. Everyone that was in there was complaining about the vehicle they bought and how they were breaking down. Complete rip off. It was so bad one of the car salesman quit from fear he would be attacked by customers when he was off work.
This is the first time I've had to buy from a dealer, and these guys certainly made it a good experience. Friendly, helpful, and willing to work with you to find what you need. Their prices are very fair, especially given the amount of work they did to tune up the car before selling it.
the customer service at this place is horrible!!!! unbelievably horrible what me and my family thought was a good idea turned into a complete nightmare!! promises and promises and NO car. I told them due to safety I needed the winshield replaced before we brought a 2004 Honda accord. simple right!! I put my deposit down for the car. 4 weeks ago. and still no car. I was working with Mike and every d** week he said the car will be back, its off getting fixed. this car was for my teenage son, weeks after weeks I had to keep telling my son the car is getting fixed. great way to spoil a child's birthday present. today was the last straw. he kept telling me I will call you back, my phone never ranged, going on 4 weeks. they just lost a customer and I hope no one ever gets bad service like this. I mean after all, shouldn't they be knocking down my door to get me to buy a car, instead I called daily to get the car. and now I am left to take my hard earn money and go else where. I can only imagine how they treat customers after the cars are sold to them. i am furious i i put up with it this long. I even asked for the owner to call me back. the owner never did. bad terrible customer service. they don't care about new potential customers. sad.
