I found my dream car on Car Gurus and called to make a test drive appointment. After driving the Durango, we were in love!! It was the day after Christmas so the banks were not open so we had to wait until the next day to purchase. The approval came in very quickly, we came in to sign papers and within an hour, we were new (used) car owners. Melissa was so helpful and a great communicator!! Great staff, great selection, and outstanding customer service. I liked that I could test drive vehicles without a staff member in the car. Everyone was very nice with no pressure to help me look until I fell in love with a ford fusion they had in stock. They immediately printed me some carfax information and we ended with a price, car and protection plan that made me very happy. Highly recommend to anyone!
