I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge I found online on 7/24/2017. Chris Blum was my salesman and he was fantastic. He bent over backwards to make the purchase a very pleasant experience, answering all questions I had for him. Sales manager Chad was great to work with also. My only complaint (and the reason for the 4 star rating) was with the finance manager Brad who was so damned pushy trying to sell me the extended warranty that I almost walked on the deal. Other than that it was a great experience and I definitely would consider buying from them again and highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a vehicle. Great selection of very nice cars and trucks at very reasonable prices. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!
I never usually leave a review for places, but this dealership and it’s team definitely deserve it! This is my first time purchasing a car. I was recently just in a horrible car accident and needed a new car. I’ve been to several dealerships already, and stopped off at this one on my way home. Jim instantly greeted me with a huge smile and was super friendly! The other dealerships I went to, weren’t as friendly and courteous as Midwest Auto Direct! Jim, the manager helped me get into a safe reliable car, for an amazing price I could afford! He didn’t lie to me, as the other dealerships did. He was honest, courteous and VERY helpful. I am definitely going to come back because Midwest Auto Direct are people I can definitely trust!
I just purchased my third car from Midwest Auto. I just read the reviews from upset people about not winning the tv in the mailer. All the people who purchased cars like myself are very pleased with the experience and treatment from the staff. When I was there they had a Kansas City football player signing autographs to benefit kids with cancer. I haven't seen a dealership do as much for the community as they are. Everyone is a winner and I got a great car for a fair price. Jim was the manager and I will see him for my next car!!!

I think the recent promotion was a great idea. Even though I didn’t win the television the smart watch was cool. As everyone knows this is how it goes but the staff and car buying experience were above reproach. I will definitely be back.
