They started off helpful and nice. But once we handed the money over for the vehicle it did a 360. First, we noticed a headlight out so we asked them to replace it. While attempting they broke a piece off the air filtering system. Finally they looked it up on YouTube and decided we would have to bring it back for that. They had also agreed to fix headliner inside car which was a joke. Made a trip for that and all they did was put a couple pins in it. Also they wouldn't fix suspension issue after leading us to believe they would. All they want is money not to sell a good reliable car.

AFTER TAKING THIS VEHICLE TO THE DEALERS 2ND RECOMMENDED SHOP THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE STABILIZER BARS BUSHINGS ARE BAD. OK FINE, I CAN SEE ME PAYING FOR THAT I SUPPOSE EVEN THOUGH IM CERTAIN THEY DIDNT GO BAD WITHIN THE 2 WEEKS I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE. I HAVE ALSO BEEN INFORMED THAT THE FIRST SHOP PUT IN THE STRUT WRONG CAUSING MY WIRING HARNESS TO BE WRAPPED AROUND THE STRUT AND MY WHEEL RUBBING AGAINST IT. NOW I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THAT TOO? I DONT THINK SO! FIX MY CAR NOW!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY 100 PERCENT DO NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AS YOU CAN SEE BY ALL THE MOSTLY NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

This place states they only allow a test drive right turns only, basically around the block. YOU the buyer are not allowed to take the vehicle at your leisure test drive, or how you feel comfortable with. They must ride with you and you must follow their route. You are literally on the highway a few seconds before they want you to turn right and take a 40 MPH zone take the next right at 35 MPH zone, then yet another right and back into their lot. Their claim is the insurance only allows a certain route, I checked with several insurance companies including my friend who owns and operates a car lot and says this is BS! and usually means they are trying to hide something both him and the insurance companies state this is just not true. I even contracted my insurance agent. and basically any car i sit my butt into in a "test drive" matter with the intent on possible purchase, covers me and the vehicle I am driving during that test drive, anywhere I go. ANYONE with a brain would never buy a car from a dealer you couldn't drive the route you wanted. I normally don't write reviews but this place is all wrong to many RED flags. sure if you want a cheap car you could find one here. but honestly you could go else where , just not to far down the road on K32 , that same day I test drove another car, They handed me the keys. just asked that i be back within 30 minutes and left me at my leisure, i was able to take on a couple of highways and back roads.. to "TEST" the suspension and they never blinked an eye. Asked how my drive was, etc.. THIS PLACE however, treats you like you are a thief the moment you walk onto the property. Funny that day I had $1500 to put down or as a hold for that particular vehicle. But I WILL Never buy from there, I DO NOT recommend buying from there.. listen, watch and pay attention. the tires are flat (which i witnessed on the car i was interested in, one tire flat), batteries are dead (again a car i wanted to start and listen but dead battery), car starts up and smokes a bit (which is what i witnessed on the car i was interested in), or starts and and immediately makes noise.. (silver SUV) these are red flags. They are not interested in the quality of the vehicle but want to squeeze your pocket book.. I am not making any of this up.. this happened and if you are going to spend your hard earned money then spend it wisely, Again, do not buy a vehicle from here.. you have been warned.

This place tries to sell abused vehicles. They did not have any financial help when we went to purchase a vehicle SEVERAL TIMES OVER 3 WEEKS.The OWNER was rude, abrupt, and would not negotiate prices. The salespersons are barely of age, they must accompany you during a test-drive, and you can only drive on their pre-planned 4-mile route (which is 4 right-hand turns only). There are no Carfax reports, inventory is purchased from auto auctions, and when you can PROVE that a vehicle has been wrecked or flooded, they lie and make excuses.

It's not a bad place except that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I got told one thing and they never got it done.

BOUGHT A 2008 GMC ACADIA ABOUT NOVEMBER 8TH OR 9TH OF 2017. BEFORE TAKING OFF IN IT, WE DISCOVERED THE STEERING TO BE EXTREMELY STIFF. NEXT DAY THE DEALER HAD IT SENT TO THE SHOP AS EXPECTED. TURNS OUT IT NEEDED A POWER STEERING PUMP. HERES WHERE ONE ISSUE OF MINE LIES: THE DAY IT WAS TAKEN INTO THE SHOP, BY THE DEALER, I HAD TO WORK, I GOT OFF AT 330 PM. I ARRIVED AT THE DEALER BY 4PM TO PICK UP THE CAR. THIS DEALERSHIP DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE MECHANIC SHOP TO SEE HOW THE FIX WAS COMING ALONG UNTIL I STEPPED IN THEIR OFFICE. SIMPLY SHOWS ME THERE IS NO FOLLOW UP OR CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER.... SECOND ISSUE IS CARE FOR THE VEHICLES THEY ARE SELLING. THE FIRST CAR THEY SHOWED ME HAD ABSOLUTELY ZERO FLUID IN THE POWER STEERING PUMP AND THE SELLER SEEMED TO NOT NOTICE THE VERY LOUD WHINING AS A RESULT. FYI, CARS DONT SOUND LIKE THAT..... THE SECOND CAR THEY SHOWED ME, WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE ONE I BOUGHT, HAD THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON.... NOT A VERY GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN SHOWING SOMEONE A 9000.00 VEHICLE, THE DEALER WENT OUTSIDE TO TRY AND PULL THE PRICE STICKERS OFF THE WINDOW BEFORE I COULD SEE THE CAR.... DOESNT SEEM TO BE VERY HONEST BUT I KNEW THAT I WAS GOING TO BUY THE VEHICLE ANYWAY.....ALSO I DO NOT PERSONALLY LIKE THE RESPONSE TO THE QUESTIONS I ASKED SUCH AS, "WHATS THAT NOISE?" AND THE RESPONSE I GOT BACK WAS " IM NOT A MECHANIC", I THINK THERE NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONALISM THERE OR HERES A CRAZY IDEA, MAYBE HAVE THE MECHANIC COMPLETELY GO OVER THE VEHICLES BEFORE DECIDING TO SHOW THEM. PRESENTATION IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ANY SALES MARKET.... MY LAST FINAL ISSUE SO FAR.... IS WHEN ATTEMPTING TO GET THE VEHICLE WORKED ON DURING MY 30 DAYS OF INITIAL WARRANTY COVERAGE, I DONT LIKE HAVING TO PLAY PHONE TAG FOR TWO DAYS JUST TRYING TO GET A PHONE NUMBER TO SCHEDULE AN ALIGNMENT THAT IS NEEDED. MY JOB IS TO ORDER TOOLS AND PARTS ALL DAY LONG AND I DO MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS WITH SEVERAL DISTRIBUTORS ON A DAILY BASIS..... I KNOW ITS NOT HARD TO PICK UP A PHONE TO CHECK ON SOMETHING UNLESS YOU SIMPLY DONT CARE..... THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT THAT BUSY! ON A POSITIVE NOTE, WHEN I NEEDED TO GET THE CAR WORKED ON AND WHEN I COULD GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH IT, IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF WITH NO PROBLEM AND NO ONE TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY OUT OF POCKET.... SO TO SUM IT ALL UP: POOR FOLLOW THROUGH OR FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS, SEEM TO BE SOMEWHAT SHADY IN THEIR BUSINESS, BUT IF YOU KEEP PESTERING THEM I THINK YOU CAN GET RESULTS IN THE END.
