So, from my family to Randy, Grant, Jamal and the Reed family, thank you.

Our salesman, Randy Spell, couldn't have been more awesome. He answered all of our questions, and showed us all of our options...The buying experience wasn't like the other dealerships I've delt with in the past. None of those offers back and forth or "let me ask my manager" type stuff. He just brought his manager Grant over to meet my wife and I so we could all sit down together and work out the best deal. After that, we went to the finance dept. where we were met by Jamal. He was great, he walked us through our warranties and payment options, explaining everything.

The car itself had one issue that I would have recommended they fixed before listing it for sale. One of the tires (front passenger) didn't match the other tires. It seemed a little weird that they wouldn't at least have the same tire, or if they couldn't find that tire, replace both front tires so they match.

My wife and I had visited many dealerships before going to Reed this last March. We bought a 2017 Acadia from them and she loves it!

Those guys all stayed late to get everything finished for us. That speaks volumes about character and dedication to the customer.

I met with Josh Zufelt to look at a used Camry on their lot. I already knew a lot about the car so I didn't have too many questions. Josh was helpful and wasn't pushy. They are non-commissioned salespeople so they aren't under pressure to sell a car.

I was greeted immediately by Mike Cole and the rest was history. He was wonderful, for the first time my car buying experience didn't leave me feeling taken advantage of or feeling I was pressured into buying a car. Honesty was #1 with Mike and he answered all of my questions. After my offer was accepted, the financial side was streamline, the presentation made understanding much easier especially when you're signing yiur name on contracts. I had so many options that suited my financial needs and wants. Jamal Cole and his trainee Randy S. greeted me with warm smiles and positive attitudes further reassuring me I made the right choice. To sum it up, the service was impeccable! I will return for my next car. Did I mention; I was called back to the dealership the following day to be presented with a lower interest rate! Happy Holidays to the REED GMC FAMILY! GOD BLESS YOUR STAFF!

Found a vehicle they had offered for sale online. We were able to set up a deal over the phone with me being out of state. I put my deposit on it and flew out within a couple of days. The salesman picked us up from the airport and gave us a ride back to the dealership. We got to work with Eric, Derek, and Davin and all were awesome to deal with and easy going! Couldn't have been an any easier transaction! Would not hesitate to fly back out and buy another vehicle from them! Great people to work with!

In the end I had other cars to look at and had some better choices but my experience there was very good. They offer free oil changes for life which would have been a nice bonus. They also add 206.50 to the sale price (dealer + title fee) so be aware of that.

The whole experience was great, so great in fact that i sent Randy Spell an email that i was looking for a truck. Within a couple of hours, he had found me exactly what I had been searching for. I picked up my new truck last week and it is wonderful, just like the the gift box of goodies that Mrs. Reed and her daughter's make to give to their customers!

After visiting several dealerships looking for a crossover style SUV, I'm glad my wife and I decided to buy from Reed Buick GMC. Josh Zufelt was wonderful to work with and seemed very genuine and down to earth and spent several hours with us while test driving vehicles and looking over features and options. The dealership itself was pleasant, not overly crowded, easy to get to, and had clear customer parking that was appreciated. Jamal Cole and Randy Spell on the finance side were great and had everything ready for a smooth transaction. I was impressed with the use of technology to help show the different finance options and it didn't take long to get everything worked out. I do look forward to working with Reed Buick GMC over the life of our new vehicle and will definitely take advantage of their free oil changes.
