These guys have been my go-to Mechanics since 2006 and they have never let me down, in fact I have recommended them to many others, all who have been likewise satisfied.
This is a problem, but customer service is lousy for a simple thing. They keep the car for several days, and they bring you back and forth, they just want to work on simple things like changing oil and filters and leaving the most difficult for the whole week.
If I could put Zero stars I would but not an option. Worst looking facility with not friendly staff to even guide you inside. No labeled door to sales and the place looks like a terrible junk yard. Plus the staff is were it continues to get worse. Trying to work a deal and then they come back and say someone else random is interested do you want to pay more then what we have it listed for? The worst waste of my time getting pulled in several directions.
Worst staff and negotiating experience I have had in years. Was going to buy a car of interest and spoke with a English speaking lady. Looked at a car and unable to pick it up as I did not feel comfortable about leaving my other car in a terrible location. So arranged a ride and was planning on making it one last trip to finish out the possible transaction. Them received a call saying that someone else was going to have the car looked at and it will be back before we arrive to finalize everything. My wife tried to drive down to place a deposit on it so we would make sure it would be available. She was informed not too place a deposit on it till after the car returns. Call them once out of work to find out that someone else placed a deposit on it but I already tried to do so and was not informed? Worst staff that is only looking out for one thing "Not you!". Highly recommended to avoid let alone the place is directly down the street from a constant drug transaction. No labeled door for sales. Staff walks around and does not direct potential customers through the shop where they are working "dangerous" to the corner where they do some paperwork? Extremely dirty and if you have children highly recommended to stay away before you get mugged.
And if you need a reasonably priced, solid used car, you will get an honest deal here.
I loved working with Paisano's! So many of these auto shops have crazy overhead and they pass those costs onto the customer. I really appreciate that Paisano's is a simple, no-frills shop. The owner even let me negotiate the price of a vehicle down. This place is definitely a hidden gem in the industrial area of KCK, I made sure to bring my husband just because I'd never been to the area and wasn't sure where I was going. But the owner and all the employees were extremely helpful and honest. Before purchasing the car, I did a Carfax report on it and everything Paisano's told me about the car was backed up completely by the Carfax. I love supporting the local, smaller, family-operated businesses. Definitely a great place that I'll be recommending to family and friends.
