Rented a car and paid in advance thru Expedia. Nobody was there to get me the car though when I showed up at 9pm on January 6th. They wouldn't refund me my money. Next time I'll just walk up to the counter that's open and not pay in advance.
Terrible, rude, no help at all...don't understand how I can get a "deal" online then you show up to counter and deal with a rude agent who racks up the charges and tells you if you don't have a plane ticket you can't rent a car that you are showing her a RESERVATION FOR...NEVER USE PRICELINE OR THIS BOGUS ASS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
