A bit pricier than others, but this is a good location.
EDIT: They didn't have my class of car, so they upgraded me. Then they charged me for the upgrade and didn't tell me until I found it on my credit card bill
Pickup and return was very quick and efficient. I had no problems with my rental.
Returned a car to this location recently and the staff were fantastic. Warm greeting and very professional.
The rental car and process was convenient and professional no complaints with the experience until I was charged a $75 cleaning fee one month after I had returned the car. The national call center was able to inform me that the fee was for cleaning but couldn't help with the refund. The local office doesn't answer the phone or return messages. I've used many rental agencies and never had a problem like this. I wouldn't recommend Avis to anyone renting a car in Kansas City.
Sarah P. was a great customer service representative, beyond friendly, helpful and got me in and out of the terminal with ease even after my flight was early and it was still late at night. Kudos to her for a great experience. Also dropping the car off was nice and easy took only a couple of minutes so I could easily make my flight.
